Job Responsibilities

  • Communicate complex and technical information about products and services in a way that is jargon-free and easy to understand.
  • Collaborating with marketing and product teams on new copy ideas.
  • Research and conduct interviews and understand the market trends, customer needs, and target audiences.
  • Write original copy and edit content for a range of marketing and communications materials, including blogs, case studies, release notes, guides, product collateral, and more.
  • Edit and proofread copy as needed, revise copy based on feedback/direction

Recommended Qualification

  • 2 or more years of experience in copywriting, ideally for an IT company.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a diligent eye for detail, language, flow, and grammar.
  • Proven experience in producing copy for advertising or marketing campaigns.
  • Receptiveness to feedback.
  • Strong research skills and experience with SEO.
  • Understanding elementary IT concepts, such as VPN, IP, cloud, etc., is welcome.
