Business Development Manager (BDM)

We're looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our global tech startup with an unique company culture. Will it be you?

Ideal fit:

  • At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales.
  • Experience with multichannel prospecting.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English (C1).
  • Experience with selling SaaS or IT/SW.
  • Able to work with modern technologies, CRM, automation platforms, etc.
  • Hungry for success and motivated to close close deals.
  • Great communication skills and friendly attitude.
  • Team player that supports others.
  • Able to ask relevant questions at the right time.
  • Proactive and great problem solving skills.
  • Eager to learn new things and improve sales skills.

Job responsibilities:

  • You're going to be responsible for generating new leads (outbound) via a multichannel approach (email, cold calling, social).
  • You'll be researching potential prospects.
  • You'll have to qualify those prospects.
  • Set up and conduct discovery meetings.
  • Deliver demo presentations.
  • Draft/negotiate contracts with potential clients.
  • Close the deals.
